The Victoria Walshaw

We were approached by The Victoria, Walshaw to assist with their Social Media management as they wanted a fresh pair of eyes.

They already had a great foundation in place but were lacking in structure of their posts as well as having their brand shine through on each piece of content that was created.

The main goals were to increase the number of customers that ate in their restaurant, increase the success of live events, promote the menu and offers regularly and to active promote pushing tripadvisor reviews as they wanted to reach the top 3.

We grew their Facebook page by over 1500 people as well as got them to number two in the trip advisor rankings.

As part of the process we also helped them map out their marketing /branding strategy for a 12 month period, this involved working with them to create direct mail campaigns, new menu’s and table brochures, graphics for Social Media & in Pub posters along with sourcing them opportunities to advertise their brand away from Social Media such as with local sports clubs.
